Visiting the website

The website provides informational pages and a contact form. These pages do not include an investment application, an account registration form, an advertising tracker or a mailing-list sign-up.

Website delivery and security services may process technical information associated with requests, such as an IP address, browser information and the requested page. The providers of hosting and security services may also maintain their own privacy notices.

Interactive market study

The simulation runs in your browser without an account. Its trading choices and session results are not sent to a game server or saved by the simulation. Session state is held temporarily in the current page. Reloading the page starts a new session. Normal website delivery and security processing still applies when the page and its files are requested.

Contact form enquiries

When you submit the contact form, your email address and message are processed through Cloudflare and our email delivery provider so we can receive, handle and respond to your enquiry.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information, such as an IP address and browser information, to perform this check and operate the form securely. Email services process the submitted information to deliver and handle enquiries.

Short-lived technical records help limit repeated submissions and avoid sending the same enquiry more than once. Server-side rules also assess whether submissions are relevant to our business and check for unsolicited promotions, suspicious content and abuse. Potentially unrelated or suspicious submissions may be held in a private review area hosted by Cloudflare instead of being delivered by email. These records include the submitted email address and message, the reason for review and the review status. Authorized staff can review a held enquiry and release it to our business inbox if it was incorrectly classified.

Please limit initial enquiries to general contact information and the subject you would like to discuss. Do not use an initial website enquiry to send identity documents, banking details or other sensitive subscription information.

Fund subscriptions and existing investors

Eligibility reviews, subscriptions, administration and investor records are handled through the appropriate fund processes. Information required for those purposes, the organizations handling it and applicable privacy terms should be reviewed through the corresponding documentation. This website notice does not replace those documents.
