SporeValley Strategies Fund Limited Partnership is the fund. SporeValley GP Inc. is the general partner. Spartan Fund Management Inc. is the manager, responsible for day-to-day management, discretionary portfolio management and distribution of fund units.

The fund is open for subscriptions from eligible accredited investors across Canada, subject to applicable requirements, documentation and acceptance. Accessing this website, contacting SporeValley or meeting a general eligibility description does not constitute acceptance of a subscription.
