What does the strategy invest in?
The strategy primarily focuses on highly liquid broad-market ETFs and selected large-cap equities. It combines quantitative and market analysis with fundamental research, dynamic position sizing and risk management. The offering documents provide the complete description.
Are the quantitative models already in use?
Yes. Quantitative models are used in actual investment decisions. They continue to be assessed, refined and developed. Individual models may lose effectiveness or fail, while the core research philosophy remains consistent. Model outputs are subject to human review and manager oversight.
Who manages the fund?
Spartan Fund Management Inc. is the manager. SporeValley GP Inc. is the general partner. Administrative, custody and audit responsibilities are described on the structure and service providers page.
Where can I find fees, minimums and redemption terms?
These are set out in the applicable offering and subscription documents. Request the current materials rather than relying on an abbreviated description. Fund units and their redemption terms should not be confused with the liquidity of the securities held by the fund.
